Frequently Asked Questions
- Can I pay with TechCash online?
Due to technical limitations with verifying TechCash transactions, SAO Tickets does not support TechCash as a payment method. As soon as the MIT Card Office and its third-parties give us the ability to process TechCash transactions programmatically, we will gladly implement this payment option. We should also note that some groups may offer TechCash as a payment method at booths or at the door. The limitation is currently with online transactions.

- If I bought tickets for guests, do they have to go into the event with me or can they come separately with their own tickets?
